  • Become an expert in our robust marketing solutions, the MIMS MPF solutions, and guide not only the business managers, but also the clients to their marketing success.
  • Assess, formulate, implement, and monitor improvement and support strategies for all the supporting teams and countries.

What You Will Do:

  • As a regional role, you will drive the sales efforts of the MIMS MPF solutions across different countries (SG/HK/MY/PH/ID/IN/VN/TH).
  • Not only is your goal to drive the success of the roughly 40 business managers across the region, it's also to make sure they put the clients in position to succeed as well.
  • You will consistently assess the sales force, discover and prioritize opportunities of improvement, formulate strategies, execute implementation, and monitor to uplift the overall potential of our business team.
  • This will all be done in close coordination and collaboration with the business development team and product team. You will derive strategies and directions through in-depth discussions with senior managers, business managers of all countries, colleagues supporting different roles, and team members, just to name a few.
  • You will also oversee and manage the regional sales support team, while managing and providing guidance to its members as well.

Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

  • Strong experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical marketing space. Whether it be experience within a pharmaceutical company's marketing organization or having experience in selling marketing solutions to pharmaceutical companies, high knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing needs is required. (Minimum 6 years of experience)
  • Effective presentation and storytelling skills, with high articulation skills in English.
  • Logical thinking skills and analytical skills.
  • High familiarity with business concepts. Adroit with business and marketing frameworks.
  • Excel usage and data organization.
  • Highly driven self-motivator, and an insatiable solution finder.
