Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Security is responsible to assist the Director of Security in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel's safety and security procedures, including fire safety, associate and asset protection.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Safety and Security.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Security within luxury hotels, or Team Leader in larger operation are preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and equipment.
  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are essential.
