Job Responsibilities
Agency & Business Development
- Assist the Regional Manager in achieving regional/branch budget objectives in line with company targets.
- Drive Tied Agency/ ALC/ IFA by regional/branch.
- Organize and lead monthly Central Leaders Meetings.
- Conduct monthly e-FTA and EMP sessions to enhance agent development and performance.
- Reactivate agencies that have not met MOC requirements or those with low productivity to strengthen business outreach.
- Provide weekly training for agencies under direct supervision.
- Manage booth progress for recruitment and promotional activities.
- Monitor weekly training sessions led by trainers.
- Conduct agency coaching, leader meetings.
- Provide product knowledge, documentation support and business process assistance for agents.
- Plan and coordinate agency team-building activities, including logistics and execution.
- Assist in agent production reviews to ensure compliance with MOC /MAPA and overall performance tracking.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly production reports for agency performance evaluation.
- Assist agencies with Zoom and physical training sessions.
Operational Support
- Manage and resolve agent complaints/issues related to New Business, Claims, CAD and Customer Service.
- Follow up with the operations department to support agency growth and resolve pending issues.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and product enhancements.
Recruitment & Growth Initiatives
- Support recruitment growth & activation for New Recruits by agencies.
- Set up monthly booths to enhance recruitment and agency activities.
- Follow up with leaders on application forms for new recruits.
- Conduct interviews for TA & BA applicants, ensuring they meet scheme qualifications.
- Handle Monthly BOP by regional/branch.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years in the agency field.
- Diploma/Degree/Master.
- Spoken & Written English must be good. Knowledge in takaful will be added advantage.
