Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
  • To organize and prepare meeting papers for board meetings, general meetings and other sub-committee meetings.
To prepare, arrange and file all the statutory documents with the relevant authorities within the stipulated time frame.
  • Drafting of announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
To maintain and update statutory records.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers.
Advise the board and management the latest changes in the Bursa, SC and Companies Acts to promote corporate governance and compliance.
  • Managing end-to-end secretarial matters of the Group.
  • Requirements
: Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate, preferably ICSA qualified and a MAICSA member.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary and minimum 2 years in Public Listed Company.
Familiar with provision of the Companies Act, Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) regulation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity, commitment, initiative and a team player.
  • Possess excellent organizational competency to handle multi tasks and have distinct ability to work independently and resourceful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM7,500.00 per month
