Job Description
We are looking for a business-minded and forward-thinking teammate to join our Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team. This role is responsible for managing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
a. Compensation Management:
- Support the C&B Lead in the development and maintenance of competitive salary structures and compensation policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation packages are in line with market.
- Ensure compensation and benefits decisions and administration comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate C&B records, preparing management reporting, drafting and updating of Company policies documents and processes, as well as employee communications.
b. Performance Appraisal & Annual Salary Review
- Support the C&B Lead in managing the end-to-end Performance Appraisal and Annual Salary Review exercise.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners on the execution and calibration reviews.
- Work with Digital Office to ensure the system readiness for the mid-year and year-end performance appraisal.
- Responsible for issuance of e-letters for employees.
c. Sales Incentive
- Support the C&B Lead in the design, review and administration of Sales Incentive Plans.
- Work with the line managers on the computation of sales incentives.
- Ensure data integrity, perform validation, and clarify with the line as required.
- Ensure sales incentive payout in an accurate and timely manner.
d. Benefits Administration:
- Administer and review employee benefits programs, including medical, group insurance, wellness programs, and other benefits.
- Work with benefits providers to ensure smooth plan administration, timely renewals, and cost-effective solutions.
- Review costs and benefits assumptions for annual budgeting exercise.
- Initiate and implement changes to benefits policies and programs in line with statutory guidelines and/or market practices and facilitate effective change management.
- Ensure timely update of Company policies documents and processes, as well as employee communications.
e. Collaboration
- Support C&B Lead in any initiatives, projects and activities as required.
- Partner other HR team members on HR projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field, with IHRP preferred.
- Solid track record with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in local employment laws and regulations.
- Hands-on, meticulous, and has strong ability to execute.
- Good communication skills, and proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
- Possess high integrity and sensitivity, and good data analytic skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and has good network in the C&B community.
