Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop Warehouse and/or Transport Design with consideration of commercial ROI, Workforce Planning, Cost & Benefit Analysis & Revenue Forecasting
  • Work closely with Business Development in understanding customer requirements and determine optimal logistics operating solutions.
  • Provide analyses on data relating to logistics operations as well as in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and engineering/re-engineering initiatives.
  • Fulfill RFP/RFQ requirements and submission to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Solutions Design, Warehouse and/or Transport Operations and/or Design Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in process flow diagrams, time studies, methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in at least one modeling/simulation/CAD tool such as Paragon, CAPS, CAST, i2, Manugistics, AutoCAD or CLASS.
  • Exposure in Data Driven Decision Making or Modelling is expected for this position.
  • Experience and proven track record in storage mediums, material handling equipment, space analysis, manpower analysis and inventory/SKU analysis.
