Incorporated on 16th August 2022, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd. General (or Official) Distributor of smart vehicles in Malaysia & Thailand.

Our mission and vision are to become the leader in new energy ecosystem automotive solutions. Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze dealer demand patterns, consumption trends, and business performance, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Work closely with dealers to drive parts sales through effective follow-up, improving order frequency, mix, and volume.
  • Collaborate with the service network to plan and implement seasonal campaigns and fast-moving parts promotions.
  • Design and deploy sales tools, and incentive programs to enhance dealer engagement and end-customer awareness.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure parts availability, smooth operations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor key dealer KPIs (e.g., stock turnover, availability, fill rate), provide analysis, and recommend practical improvement actions.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking (pricing, branding, promotions) and contribute to continuous optimization of parts marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, spare parts operations or related roles.
  • Strong execution capability with the ability to independently manage tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support basic strategic planning.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience working with dealer networks.
  • Familiarity with DMS, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is preferred to support communication with regional stakeholders.
  • Able to balance day-to-day operational execution with mid-level planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally when required.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
