The Role

Responsibilities:

• Execute and support day-to-day warranty operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective processing of warranty claims.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancement, system improvements, automation, and operational optimization.
• Review and validate dealership warranty claims to ensure compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
• Manage end-to-end warranty settlement activities, including reconciliation, invoice management, and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and dealerships to resolve warranty issues, support escalations, and maintain service quality.
• Analyse warranty trends, product issues, and cost drivers to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of warranty policies, SOPs, governance standards, and audit readiness requirements.
• Conduct dealership training and support capability-building initiatives to improve claim quality and operational performance.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare and consolidate reports on warranty performance, expenses, data analysis, and operational insights for management review.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in Warranty Aftersales Department in Automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex warranty data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with dealerships, internal teams, and senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail, governance, and operational discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced in the use and optimization of Warranty Management Systems.
• Proven ability to work independently while also leading and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required for dealer engagement, audits, training, and business needs.
