Job Description

This role requires strong marketing execution and project management skills to deliver national campaigns, LSM initiatives, and new store opening support within timelines and budgets. It also demands strong cross-functional and franchisee communication, a data-driven approach to track and evaluate campaign performance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing national marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives across all stores nationwide
  • Work closely with internal marketing and brand teams to develop campaign strategies, promotional themes, and marketing calendars
  • Coordinate and monitor POSM (Point of Sales Materials) production and deployment timelines to ensure timely execution within approved budgets
  • Develop and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales performance at store level
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit marketing execution, campaign visibility, POSM placements, and overall brand consistency
  • Support end-to-end marketing activities for new store openings, including planning, coordination, launch preparation, and execution
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop marketing collaterals, social media content, promotional visuals, and campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Identify and coordinate strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and provide insights or recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Project, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution
  • Support project management activities by tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed effectively and on schedule
  • Act as the key liaison between the Marketing team and franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, effective campaign execution, compliance with brand standards, and supporting franchisees in maximizing local marketing opportunities to drive business growth and maintain brand consistency across all outlets

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Food and Beverage Industries
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in related field or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, preferably Power BI (Department Dashboard / personal dashboard experience is an advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively under pressure
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution within deadlines and budgets
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with multiple departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI optimization
  • Ability to prepare clear, insightful reports and deliver effective presentations to business and leadership teams
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging marketing ideas
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
  • Ability to identify and explore Local Store Marketing (LSM) opportunities across brands and store performance, ensuring sufficient time is allocated for LSM activations, post-evaluation of campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive stronger business impact
