Job Summary: Holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional plans to drive brands awareness as well as sales growth.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing materials, digital content, and social media initiatives in line with the brand's tone and positioning.
- Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Work closely with HQ team in Thailand to define marketing materials and programs.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute marketing events, launches, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and technologies
- Perform to any other task as and when required by the Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Creative Multimedia, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Marketing, public relation, communication and branding related activities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand growth and sales performance.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, events, and media planning.
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut and etc.
- Understanding global marketing plans and customizing them for the Malaysian market.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, best practices, tools and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
