Job Description

Job Summary: Holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional plans to drive brands awareness as well as sales growth.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, digital content, and social media initiatives in line with the brand's tone and positioning.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.
  • Work closely with HQ team in Thailand to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, launches, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and technologies
  • Perform to any other task as and when required by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Creative Multimedia, or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Marketing, public relation, communication and branding related activities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand growth and sales performance.
  • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, events, and media planning.
  • Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut and etc.
  • Understanding global marketing plans and customizing them for the Malaysian market.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, best practices, tools and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
