Job Description

Job Role:

  • Support the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including consumer activations, events, sponsorships, PR, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage the implementation of 360° marketing campaigns by coordinating effectively with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other key departments.
  • Execute promotional activities and brand strategies to enhance market presence, brand awareness, and overall sales performance.
  • Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and monitor brand performance metrics to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Logistics teams to monitor stock levels and provide insights for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Lead the planning and on-ground execution of marketing events and brand activations to ensure high-quality consumer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of brand marketing experience with a strong understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to drive the execution of marketing plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, performance reporting, and professional presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years FMCG background.
