Support the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including consumer activations, events, sponsorships, PR, and promotional initiatives.
Manage the implementation of 360° marketing campaigns by coordinating effectively with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other key departments.
Execute promotional activities and brand strategies to enhance market presence, brand awareness, and overall sales performance.
Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and monitor brand performance metrics to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Logistics teams to monitor stock levels and provide insights for accurate demand forecasting.
Lead the planning and on-ground execution of marketing events and brand activations to ensure high-quality consumer engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of brand marketing experience with a strong understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to drive the execution of marketing plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, performance reporting, and professional presentations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and stakeholders.
