Support and execute all aspects of penetrating, developing and strengthening markets) in meeting MHTC'S objectives.
Role Descriptions:
- Work closely with Marketing Manager in planning and delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives.
- Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, expand partners and distributions networks, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, online and on-ground events.
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns (online and offline), leading brainstorming sessions to plan the marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Meet with stakeholders to plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and targets.
- Help gather, analyse and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- Assist in establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Support in managing Malaysia International Referral Centre/agents wherever applicable.
- Support the development and growth of the market database for remarketing purposes
- Monitoring budget utilisation, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional support.
- To assist with physical interpretation, as when required by MHTC.
Requirement:
- Hold a Degree in Business or a Marketing-related degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-6 years related working experience.
- Experience in healthcare and hospital industry.
- Team player with good interpersonal and project implementation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay language is a must.
- Proficiency in other languages is an advantage (Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is an advantage.
- Proficient with Ms Office particularly in Excel and Power Point
- Willing/able to travel frequently.
