Job Description

Key Features of The Role:

Support and execute all aspects of penetrating, developing and strengthening markets) in meeting MHTC'S objectives.

Role Descriptions:

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager in planning and delivery of effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives.
  • Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, expand partners and distributions networks, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, online and on-ground events.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns (online and offline), leading brainstorming sessions to plan the marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Meet with stakeholders to plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and targets.
  • Help gather, analyse and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Assist in establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Support in managing Malaysia International Referral Centre/agents wherever applicable.
  • Support the development and growth of the market database for remarketing purposes
  • Monitoring budget utilisation, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional support.
  • To assist with physical interpretation, as when required by MHTC.

Requirement:

  • Hold a Degree in Business or a Marketing-related degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years related working experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and hospital industry.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and project implementation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay language is a must.
  • Proficiency in other languages is an advantage (Mandarin, Cantonese)
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Ms Office particularly in Excel and Power Point
  • Willing/able to travel frequently.
