A MNC in the Healthcare Industry is currently looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager/Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies across all channels.
- Analyze market data and mass retail POS data to develop and refine marketing strategies (quarterly updates).
- Plan and execute market research (category, consumer, competition, region, channel, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and manage the entire marketing cycle from brand awareness to purchase and repurchase.
- Plan and execute ATL activities (TV, digital, radio ads) and manage digital content (website, Instagram, Facebook).
- Plan and execute sampling events (target area planning, staffing, sampling methods/locations).
- Plan, review, analyze, and improve in-store sales promotions tailored to each key retailer.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ATL, digital, and instore channels.
- Proficient in market data analysis, retail POS analysis, and conducting market research for strategic planning.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
