• Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

• Preferably Senior Executives/ Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Full-Time position available.

• Job Descriptions:

Assists in National Marketing Campaigns and execution of A & P Calendar including ATL and BTL programs execution

• Manage and coordinates with outlets operations closely on formulating sales support focused promotions and programs to cultivate upsell and cross sell of products and geographic centric Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives.

Provide sales/promotion/briefing/ of new sales promotions/ campaign or product launches to the Operations Team and ensure effective and timely activities roll out and motivate participation from the outlets for promotions and campaigns results.

• Actively follow through, track, monitor, and analyze all sales and promotions executions against sales objectives and evaluate ROI for marketing activities.

Provide assistance in supporting sales and marketing, corporate sales, business developments events and initiatives of the company.

• Manage, monitor and initiate creative/ effective POSMs/ in-store promotional materials and recommendation of effective display ideas.

To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
