Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Always be prepared
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone and email messages
  • Undertake ad-hock assignments as and when required
  • Perform General Admin works
  • Prepare and update documents/records
  • Assists in handing calls or Attend to enquiry
  • Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
  • Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation
  • Willing to learn new things and committed to work fully
  • Work extra hours during the peak period

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma level Education
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Offices.
  • Good oral & writing skills, proficient in Mandarin, English
  • Have own transport is an added to advantages.
  • Preferable can be start work immediately
