We are seeking an assistant, credit admin who will be a part of our Finance and Credit Admin department. His/ her responsibilities are as follows:
- Generate progress billing, e-billing, debit notes, credit notes, receipt, refund payment entry and other relevant documents from the IFCA system
- Follow up on the MOT and loan documents for directors execution
- Liaise with solicitors, end-financiers, purchasers in relation to outstanding matter and outgoing return documents
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing documents/ mails/ process of billing, receipting, letters
- Administer all correspondences such faxing, photocopying, sorting and filing & safe keeping of all documentation accordance with ISO requirements
- Perform other duties as and when instructed by the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
