Summary
To support incoming shipping operations, maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and supplies, and ensure warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- To support cycle counts, month-end, and year-end stock take activities.
- To assist in preparing warehouse documentation (GRN/ DO/ Purchase Requisition/ Shipping Documents)
- To assist documentation and record preparation for LMW compliance including M1/ M2/ M4/ Scrap
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure 5S practices are followed in the warehouse.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Education level: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory control is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply.
- Capability: Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software is an added advantage.
- Skill(s): Good communication and coordination skills, basic understanding of LMW procedure, familiarity with import and export documentation (K1, K2, M1, M2, M4) and time management
- Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
