Role Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager role at Pop Meals is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawang (MALAYSIAN) Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, overseeing daily outlet operations, managing inventory, and coordinating team members. The Assistant Outlet Manager will collaborate with staff to enhance service quality, optimize workflows, and achieve operational efficiency to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in People Management and Communication to effectively lead teams and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Experience with Inventory Management to ensure adequate stock levels and smooth outlet operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
