WE'RE HIRING | Assistant Practice Manager (Veterinary)

Location: Perling, Johor Bahru

Working days: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary will be based on experiences

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Practice Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching, onboarding and developing veterinarians

• Coordinating clinical training and CPD activities

• Reviewing clinical standards, medical records and patient-safety practices

• Managing and investigating clinical complaints

• Supporting clinic improvement and newly acquired clinic integration

• Assist with new clinic integration and group wide clinical projects

Requirements:

• Approximately 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in small-animal practice

• Recognized veterinary qualification

• Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement

• Good communication, coaching and complaint management skills

• Willing to travel regularly across the clinic network

• Interested in building a long-term career in veterinary management
