We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Procurement Services to support our multi-market procurement operations. If you're hands-on with eRFX, strong in contract governance, and comfortable running procurement processes in a fast-paced shared services environment, this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
Contract Management
- Maintain contract repository, track renewals, and ensure proper governance.
- Support contract drafting, review, workflow routing, and e-signature.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance for audits.
e-Sourcing / eRFX Operations
- Run end-to-end RFQ / RFP / RFI events on Coupa/Ariba/SAP/Oracle.
- Set up eRFX events, manage supplier queries, and consolidate bid evaluations.
- Ensure transparency, auditability, and policy compliance.
Procurement Operations
- Provide day-to-day support across PR/PO, procurement workflows, and stakeholder requests.
- Deliver Level 0 support on procurement systems (Coupa / CSP).
- Support new LBU onboarding, process enhancements, and SOP updates.
Reporting & Governance
- Track SLAs and KPIs; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Support audits, resolve operational issues, and escalate system/policy gaps.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
- 5+ years in procurement or sourcing (GBS/SSC experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with eRFX and Source-to-Pay tools.
- Familiarity with ERP / Procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of P2P processes and procurement policies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize well, and thrive under pressure.
