A well-established, public-listed FMCG company with a strong heritage in health and wellness is seeking an Assistant Product Development Manager to join the team.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to market launch, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into compelling product concepts, value propositions, and clear USPs
- Drive product marketing execution for new launches and existing ranges, ensuring strong in-market performance and lifecycle management
- Coordinate product launch planning and readiness, aligning stakeholders to deliver on timelines, quality, and commercial objectives
- Monitor performance and prepare business reviews, including sales promotion analysis, post-launch evaluations, and management proposals
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in FMCG/health & wellness product development, product marketing, or brand support
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial mindset
- Proactive, collaborative, and driven to see products succeed in the market
