Assistant Production Executive (Contract)

About the Role

Join our team as an Assistant Production Executive (Contract) and play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and reliable production operations at our Banting Plant, Selangor. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, inventory management, and product supply activities to help drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily production plans for COP cylinders and Portable Cryogenic Containers (PCC).
• Monitor and ensure compliance in the handling, registration, and tracking of incoming and outgoing COP cylinders and PCC assets.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues involving COP cylinders and PCC.
• Support inventory planning, stock counts, and supply chain activities.
• Assist in identifying operational risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Contribute to cost improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, SHEQ, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related disciplines).
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
