... Key Responsibilities ...

lBuild, develop and execute product-specific marketing strategy and tactical plans to drive marketing strategic objectives.

lDevelop marketing and communication material from ideation to execution to ensure HCPs and patients use of our products and services.

lTrain sales force, retail and homecare partners and HCPs on our products and services.

lResponsible for monitoring & analyzing product performance including competitors.

lResponsible for effective utilization of allocated A&P budgets & monthly tracking of overall A&P expenditure

lCreate marketing tools for effective HCP communications (brochures, presentations, messaging, sales aids and other media) to support business strategy.

lParticipate and manage conference activities, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive customer engagement.

lSupport product launch planning and execution - create launch collaterals, design training materials, and support sales force training.

lTo keep abreast with healthcare business activities and current market situation.

lCollaborate with Commercial team for marketing programs and campaigns.



... Key Requirements ...
Must-have

.Candidate must possess at leastBachelors Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science/Tech, or Science.

.2-3 years of related working experience in Product Management, Sales & Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry.


Good-to-have

Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.

lEffective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).

lposition shall be basedinHQ located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.However, the candidate is required to travel as and when required. Handle product management, assist senior product manager in healthcare (supplements product). Mostly travelling/based in HQ, with some travel occasionally to outstation

lMalaysian Chinese candidate would be great, most colleague are Chinese

REQUIREMENTS:

lCandidate must possess at leastBachelors Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science/Tech, or Science.

l2-3 years of related working experience in Product Management, Sales & Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry.

lStrong conceptualization, product management and marketingskills as applicable tohealthcare industry.

lProduct launching experience will be preferred.

lGood presentation skills, and effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).

lAbility to work independently and function within a team.

lThe position shall be basedinHQ located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.However, the candidate is required to travel as and when required.

lBasic: RM5,500 - 6,500 / month (subject to relevant qualification and experience).

lTravelling allowance - RM850 / month (include Mobile - RM100 & Motor Vehicle Maintenance- RM750 / month)

lPetrol card usage limit - RM500 / month

lBonus (non-contractual)

lKPI incentive (release yearly, upon incentive scheme/ KPI achieved).

lOther benefits: Additional EPF employer contribution, Annual leave, Medical leave, Replacement leave, Hospitalization & Personal Accident insurance coverage, Outpatient medical benefits, Company trip (subject to company performance), Long service award etc.
