Assistant Project Engineer (Renewable Energy-Solar) Residential, Commercial & Industrial (HQ Based)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our solar PV projects across residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will gain hands-on exposure to site surveys, project monitoring, technical documentation, commissioning, troubleshooting and project handover, while working closely with our Planning, Sales and Project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Documentation & ATR Preparation (Prepare and compile comprehensive Action Tracking Report for residential project)
• Document Management (Maintain site documentation records, calibration certs, FAT Report, and site Logs in strict accordance with ISO 9001 and IS0 45001 Document control Procedures.
• Assist the Arrangement on site surveys, rectification issues and documents site surveys.
• Monitor project progress for residential and commercial & industrial.
• Coordinate with internal teams, planning and Sale Teams.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Assist and Prepare technical documentation and reports as required.
• Attend site surveys (if required)
• Able to assist testing and troubleshooting during the commissioning process for residential.
• Assist & able to Prepare and obtain verification of the project completion & handover form for claim purpose.
• Assist & contribute in the development within the internal department.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Engineering or any equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, or solar PV systems is an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or other relevant design/simulation software is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in solar PV and renewable energy projects.
• Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability is an advantage.
