Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electrical, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in data centre projects.
- Skilled in MEP design and construction, including electrical, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and proficient with AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
- Experienced in project scheduling, budgeting, change, and risk management.
