Assist the Project Manager in managing mechanical engineering and M&E coordination activities across project phases including design review, construction, QA/QC, and project delivery. Roles aligned with existing Kajima Assistant Project Manager listings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of mechanical works.
Review mechanical drawings and ensure work aligns with design intent.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
Assist in monitoring progress and reporting.
Support quality inspections and compliance checks.
Participate in meetings related to technical and site issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and project requirements.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
6 to 9 years of working experience in data center, factory and warehouse projects
Experience in M&E coordination and mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical construction methods.
