Support the China-based Project Manager in daily project management, with a focus on coordinating the local team, preparing external project reports, handling government approvals, ensuring compliance, and managing external stakeholder relationships.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and on-site project execution.
Drive localization initiatives including procurement, workforce management, and collaboration with local suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in engineering projects within Malaysia.
Familiar with local construction regulations, inspection and approval procedures, and labor policies.
Malaysian citizen with fluency in both Mandarin and English, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Experience in data center or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
