Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate day-to-day site work with supervisors and crews: schedules, manpower and material deliveries
- Track project progress against programme and flag delays or issues to the Project Manager early
- Prepare and maintain project documents
- Support progress claims and handover packages
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters
- Raise material requests and check deliveries against project needs
- Result-oriented and able to deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of site coordination experience (flooring or finishes is a plus)
- Skill(s): autocad, Microsoft Office, driving license
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
