Job Description

Basic + Commission

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and customers
Introduce and promote gift support services for artists and performers
Approach clients to encourage gift bookings and table gift arrangements for artists
Coordinate gift orders, pricing, and delivery arrangements with customers
Assist in customer engagement and provide attentive hospitality service during events
Support marketing activities to increase artist exposure and customer retention
Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain good customer relationships
Work closely with the operations and artist management team to ensure smooth event arrangements
Assist with social media promotion, customer follow-ups, and event coordination
Maintain a positive image of the company and provide excellent customer experience
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management
