Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Johor Baharu. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards. Tasks will include supervising food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries, assisting in hiring and training new staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Communication skills
  • Experience in Hiring and training staff
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
