Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel commercial operations
- Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, inventory, and distribution strategies
- Experience with RMS, PMS, channel management systems, and Excel
- Ability to analyze market trends, booking pace, and competitor performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across hotel departments
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
