Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote laboratory testing and calibration services.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on proposals.
- Support key account management, client onboarding, and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with technical and quality teams to understand client needs and ensure accurate communication.
- Contribute to market analysis and identify emerging trends in testing services.
- Maintain CRM database and prepare periodic sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a laboratory or technical service industry.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
