Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager @ Accounts Manager supports the Sales & Event Manager by managing client accounts, assisting in driving revenue growth, and coordinating event delivery. This role is a vital link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales & Event Manager in achieving departmental goals.
  • Manage assigned client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
  • Assist in creating promotional packages and seasonal offers.
  • Guide and support junior team members when required.
