Components & Plywood Sales
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and team sales targets across all segments, including Special Steel Applications and plywood/components.
- Lead and support sales efforts from inquiry to project execution, ensuring profitable contracts and timely collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, expand market share, and generate new business opportunities.
- Promote PERI as a trusted supplier and present product strategy to decision-makers.
- Manage projects, coordinate with teams, and keep CRM and sales tools updated.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and performance improvement plans.
Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in construction or plywood & components.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid market analysis ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen.
- Team player with integrity, accountability, and drive.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages a plus).
