This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ipoh. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will assist in managing sales goals and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining a professional and high-quality service approach. You will also conduct market research, monitor sales trends, and collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative solutions to boost revenue and enhance guest experiences.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Marketing and promotional skills, with experience in executing sales strategies
• Problem-solving, analytical, and research skills to identify trends and improve sales approaches
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Leadership and team collaboration experience, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
