About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager, PF-i to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Islamic Personal Financing (PF-i) products, driving sales performance, and supporting the Sales Manager in guiding the team on credit-related matters and post-approval processes. You will also play a key role in delivering a superior customer experience while achieving business KPIs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Solicit and promote sales of Islamic Personal Financing (PF-i) products to achieve business KPIs.
- Deliver a superior customer experience in line with the Bank's service standards.
- Assist the Sales Manager in guiding Sales Consultants on credit-related matters.
- Support the Sales Manager in following up on post-approval issues to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably within Financial Institutions.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
