We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead demand strategy, in‑store execution, and customer collaboration within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth across channels through data‑led decision making, strong executional excellence, and strategic customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Strategy & Planning
- Analyze shopper behavior to understand purchase drivers and barriers across channels.
- Define channel strategies covering assortment, pricing, availability, and promotional approach to meet shopper needs.
- Set optimal SKU mix and assortment depth by channel to maximize performance.
- Translate strategy into operational demand forecasts by channel and SKU to support monthly S&OP processes.
In‑Store Excellence & Demand Generation
- Establish competitive pricing benchmarks (SPI/API) to strengthen price positioning and promotional effectiveness.
- Define product placement and planogram standards to optimize shelf visibility and shopper access.
- Develop and execute impactful POS strategies and materials to improve shopper experience and conversion.
Promotion Planning & Optimization
- Lead annual and quarterly promotional planning with clear objectives and disciplined investment guidelines.
- Define best‑practice promotional mechanics and frequency, evaluating past performance to maximize ROI.
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities to continuously refine strategy.
Investment Management & Performance Tracking
- Manage total trade investment, ensuring spend is focused on high‑return initiatives in line with governance frameworks.
- Evaluate performance of new product launches and in‑store execution programs to identify wins and improvement areas.
- Conduct regular gap analysis against targets and lead corrective action planning.
Customer Partnership & Category Leadership
- Generate actionable shopper and channel insights to inform category strategies and joint initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to Joint Business Planning with key customers to align commercial priorities and accelerate growth.
- Drive category projects that strengthen the organization's role as a trusted category and insight partner.

Experience & Qualifications
