Job Summary**
The Assistant Sales Manager, PF (Personal Financing) at RHB Bank Berhad supports the Branch Manager in driving personal financing sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for personal financing products to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of Personal Financing Sales Executives, ensuring their performance aligns with bank objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and conversion rates, providing regular reports and performance feedback to the team and management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for personal financing products through various channels, including branch walk-ins, telemarketing, and corporate collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing expert advice on personal financing solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in personal financing or retail lending products.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
