Job Description

We're the team helping Arnott's win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott's Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region.

Summary of the role

You'll lead a sales team across MT and GT channels, driving KPI delivery through strong trade execution, operational discipline (5Ps/ stock health), team coaching, and relationship-building with key customers to grow presence and performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Sales strategy & KPI delivery: partner Sales Executives to identify opportunities, drive monthly targets, and deliver agreed KPIs.
  • Trade execution & operational excellence: maintain healthy stock weight and execute the 5Ps, ensuring trade strategies land well in-store.
  • Team coaching & performance management: guide the team on shelf and secondary displays, run regular reviews, and build a strong collaborative team culture.
  • Customer growth & gap closure: strengthen key customer relationships, propose activations/fairs/outlets, and run monthly ops reviews to close sales gaps.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with exposure to both MT and GT channels.
  • Exposure to food/ FMCG market of East Malaysia, Sawarak.
  • Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and people management skills.
