Job Description

You will be the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing.
  • Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally.
  • Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream.
  • Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
  • Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales.
  • Secure cost effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
  • Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years supply chain related working experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.

KRA

  • Safety performance (Zero Harm, WI, MTI).
  • Service level, inventory level (DOI).
  • Sourcing and planning performance – Cost saving on key raw materials.
  • Key supplier relationship.
  • Risk Management - Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that contingency plans are in place to handle disruptions or emergencies.
  • To achieve Delivery Performance as per Quality objective set.
  • To comply with local legal and company Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies, rules, procedure, regulations and participate and contribute towards improving OHSE practices.
  • Take up additional safety accountability where applicable e.g. safety audit leader, contract supervisor etc.
  • Carry out minimum safety requirements. E.g. SOR, safety audit etc.
