Job Description
You will be the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.

- Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing.
- Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally.
- Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream.
- Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
- Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales.
- Secure cost effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
- Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or related field.
- At least 5 years supply chain related working experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Safety performance (Zero Harm, WI, MTI).
- Service level, inventory level (DOI).
- Sourcing and planning performance – Cost saving on key raw materials.
- Key supplier relationship.
- Risk Management - Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that contingency plans are in place to handle disruptions or emergencies.
- To achieve Delivery Performance as per Quality objective set.
- To comply with local legal and company Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies, rules, procedure, regulations and participate and contribute towards improving OHSE practices.
- Take up additional safety accountability where applicable e.g. safety audit leader, contract supervisor etc.
- Carry out minimum safety requirements. E.g. SOR, safety audit etc.
