Propose & Implement Initiatives to Drive CASA Acquisition
- Propose and implement CASA acquisition initiatives (from conceptualization to implementation) in line with CASA account and customer growth target set for the financial year
- Work in hand with CSD on sourcing of partnership for new CASA acquisition
- Align decision-making stakeholders on from start at conceptualization to proposals
- Align marketing on creative and communications strategy and execution to be in line with set and agreed objectives and timelines
- Align CSD on set and agreed objectives
- Conduct performance reviews of initiatives with Marketing and CSD to lower down cost of acquisition from digital channels and improve digital marketing performances
- Conduct periodic performance review new CASA momentum and propose initiatives to close gap
Propose & Implement Initiatives to Drive FD Balances growth from open market sourcing
- Propose and implement segmented and mass FD initiatives (from conceptualization to implementation) in line with FD balance growth target set for the financial year and NTB acquistions
- Align decision-making stakeholders on from start at conceptualization to proposals
- Align marketing on creative and communications strategy and execution to be in line with set and agreed objectives and timelines
- Align CSD on set and agreed objectives
- Conduct performance reviews of initiatives with Marketing and CSD to lower down cost of acquisition from digital channels and improve digital marketing performances
- Conduct periodic performance review on FD balances
Execute initiatives for Digital Channels Acquisitions and Products Marketing
- Focusing on the growth of CASA acquisition with digitize channel i.e. eKYC
- Setup effective marketing performance tool platform tools i.e. Insider to track on customer behavior that landing on our landed on ABMB marketing asset
- Craft and Propose product messaging with marketing that set new and existing products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling points
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team i.e Telesales & Branch sales and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services i.e. eKC and products with product teams
- Leveraging on marketing performance to improve customer experience
