Assistant Vice President, CRM Solution & Delivery, Strategy, Group Global Banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate complex Corporate & Investment Banking requirements into clear functional specifications aligned with the division's digital strategy.
• Drive the end-to-end CRM enhancement roadmap, coordinating internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and governed delivery.
• Design standardized regional tracking frameworks and oversee data integration to ensure accurate reporting and consistent market visibility.
• Partner with CC and Product Sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while proactively managing project risks and dependencies.
• Drive change management, user adoption and continuous workflow improvements through automation and CRM enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Business Analysis and Project Management, specifically within CRM transformation or B2B financial services.
• Deep understanding of the Wholesale Banking sales cycle, including deal origination, credit pipelines and regional account planning.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to manage project governance while remaining hands-on in functional design and backlog grooming.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and a strong grasp of CRM functional configurations and data mapping logic.
• Exceptional capability to explain technical constraints to business leaders while providing clear, execution-oriented instructions to development teams.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly advantageous for this hybrid functional-PMO role.
