Job Summary
Serve as the custodian of the Bank's Data Governance Policy and supporting documentation. This role ensures policies, standards, and procedures are maintained, communicated, and adopted across business units, supporting governance committee meetings and policy governance structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and periodically review the DG Policy, standards, and procedural documents, ensure traceability to regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Coordinate policy updates, approvals, and communications through governance committee meetings.
- Manage version control and central repository of governance artefacts using approved platforms.
- Support DG awareness and training programs, including onboarding for new Data Owners and Stewards.
- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Compliance on governance assessments and audit readiness.
- Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and follow-ups for governance committees.
