This role is responsible for driving Retail Banking sales growth, productivity, and strategic decision making through analytics, sales performance tracking, and executive level insights.
The role acts as a strategic analytics partner to Retail Banking leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management and Board-level discussions. The role requires strong understanding of Retail Banking strategy, deep data-centric thinking, and exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities, particularly using PowerPoint.
Retail Banking Strategy & Sales Performance Analytics
- Provide data-driven insights to support Retail Banking strategy, business planning, and execution.
- Analyze sales performance, productivity, conversion, and portfolio growth across products and channels.
- Conduct sales funnel diagnostics, lead performance analysis, and customer behavior studies.
- Support target setting, forecasting, and performance benchmarking for Retail Banking sales teams.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trends impacting revenue, efficiency, and growth.
Sales Tracking & Management Reporting
- Design and maintain sales tracking frameworks and KPI definitions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage management dashboards to track sales performance, branch productivity, and channel effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of sales and performance data.
- Partner with BI, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data readiness and integrity.
Executive & Board-Level Insights and Presentation
- Develop high-impact analytical decks for EXCO, senior management, and Board presentations.
- Translate complex analytics into simple, structured, and compelling business narratives.
- Provide clear recommendations and decision options, supported by data and visual storytelling.
- Redesign analytical content into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with strong visual flow and messaging.
Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted analytics advisor to Sales Management, Products, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
- Translate business questions into analytical problem statements.
- Support strategic reviews, business performance deep dives, and management committees with data-backed insights.
- Provide market, competitor, and trend analysis where relevant to Retail Banking strategy.
