End-to-end management of key influencers (KOL), including sourcing influencers, relationship management, content ideation, and selecting content
Access to influencers network to identify and source the right influencer profiles that meet objectives and reach intended target audiences
Develop and maintain close relationships with key influencers to ensure they deliver engaging and effective content ideas for ShopeePay and Monee.
Plan, brainstorm and brief content to influencers to promote key business objectives, including campaign awareness, educate new launches, and more
Analyze influencer content performance and measure their success in promoting company objectives
Stay up to date with latest content trends to be adapted into ShopeePay and Monee campaigns
Develop and design program GTM, including creating program creatives and communication materials.
Monitor program performance, identify key challenges, and proactively develop contingency plans to address issues.
Conduct data analysis to gain insights into campaign mechanics/incentives improvement, creator behavior and challenges, and identify new growth opportunities.
Identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and user behaviour tracking
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
Provide actionable insights to improve funnel performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Regional and etc) to align on campaign goals
Work with external agencies and media partners when required
Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns across all channels
Requirements
1-2+ years experience in KOL management would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with KOLs and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget allocation, optimisation, and reporting
Ability to work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and A/B testing frameworks
Strong understanding of Malaysia digital landscape, audience behaviour, and local trends
Good communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Creative, and Regional teams
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, managing multiple campaigns and timelines effectively
