Drive CASA customer and account acquisition by building strategic partnerships and delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns across partner, branch, and digital channels.
Key responsibilities*
- Lead strategic partnerships to grow CASA customers, balances, and market share.
- Plan & execute partner-led CASA acquisition programs across branch and digital onboarding channels, aligned to target segments
- Own end-to-end partner onboarding: assessment, business case, due diligence, and approvals (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations).
- Set acquisition strategy and campaign roadmap to deliver growth targets and maintain competitiveness.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: feasibility, requirements, UAT, channel readiness, launch, and post-launch monitoring and reporting.
- Execute marketing initiatives to drive acquisition; track and optimize performance against KPIs.
- Improve onboarding experience and manage acquisition-related complaints and feedback.
- Maintain T&Cs, documentation, and SOPs to comply with internal policy and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Experience to launch deposit products and campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
