Develop, implement, review and enhance Lending Programs to support GSME Banking's value proposition to customers as follows:
SME Program
Business Premises Financing (BPF) Program
Equipment Hire Purchase (EHP) Program
Oil Palm Plantation (OPP) Program
Business Credit Card (BCC) Program
SME Express Loan (SXL) Program
Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC), Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan (SJPP), BNM and Government Assistance Schemes
Conduct product related trainings.
Initiate and develop campaigns to drive sales productivity and product take-up rates.
Handle the maintenance (including updates/ communications/ handling Sales queries) for:
Loan Application Form
Loan Submission Checklist
Loan Acceptance Checklist
Product Development Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Product Disclosure Sheets
Compliance Checklists
Support the development/ maintenance/ user testing of product program's system parameters and codes.
Responsible for Alliance Origination System (AOS) product parameter settings development and maintenance.
Assist in coordination research & benchmarking studies of other competitors & marketplace as well as the research & analysis of new products & services, including industry value chain assessments.
Act as liaison with Bank Negara, Government Agencies on product regulatory matters and compliance issues, and Bank Negara Credit Risk Review (CRR) related matters for GSME Banking
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Banking Industry
Preferably with experience in SME/Commercial Lending
A go-getter, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
Mature and result orientated
Adequate knowledge of asset based financing / trade finance
Adequate knowledge of competitor offerings and needs of the local market
Experience in managing product development projects within a banking system
Strong project management skills, especially for key initiatives
