WE'RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting a food flavouring manufacturer in recruiting a Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee warehouse operations and drive improvements in inventory management, material flow and team performance.

Location: Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM6,000–RM8,00 per month (negotiable)

Employment: Permanent

Working hours: Normal working hours

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily storage, material handling and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Improve warehouse processes, monitor KPIs and optimize space, racking and equipment.
• Supervise, coach and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards, including GMP requirements and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Support logistics planning for inbound and outbound shipments.
