Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Youngreem Tech (M) Sdn Bhd, located in Klang. The Assistant will handle various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, organizing files, and providing support to the team. Daily tasks will also include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with the coordination of office activities and events. Additionally, the Assistant will ensure smooth office operations and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in administrative roles is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree
