Ansell is looking for a Assoc Analyst, Packaging System to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing packaging data, maintaining information systems, and developing reports to support performance insights. The role helps optimize packaging processes through standardization, automation, and datadriven improvements. It also supports system integration, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

What your role will be

  • Assisting in managing Application Systems across Global Packaging.
  • Trouble-shooting, pre-installation, installation & commissioning of licenses and systems.
  • Liaison with stakeholders & IT team members to ensure that system maintenance & backup is properly scheduled, and stakeholders are adequately prepared for it.
  • Conducts regular maintenance services for all systems under preventive maintenance program.
  • Provide telephone/remote support to stakeholders and attend to service calls.
  • Diagnose all aspects of technical faults reported by users in a systematic manner and ascertains probable/possible causes.
  • To provide training on all department systems to stakeholders including scheduling and sending invitations for different regions.
  • Updating and developing system manuals to reflect new changes in process.
  • Seeks help from internal/external/alternative sources such as IT dept & third-party companies to solve application issues.
  • Able to decide on actions to be taken to resolve a problem if no remote solution is available: involve Global Support, request hotfixes, schedule interventions, etc.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Extract data and produce reports for management monthly department reporting.
  • Send out system notifications/alert to internal and external stakeholders/users on the departments availability according to upcoming holidays and department events.
  • Consequently, log all actions taken.
  • Manage user profile and access for packaging systems in accordance with business and use requirements.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Knowledge in programming such as HTML, CSS, ASP, SQL & JS.
  • Experience in MS Power BI and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
